A quiet idea, a loud movement.
कपRaasa began with a mother, a son, and the unwavering belief that talent should never go unseen.
The कपRaasa Story
कपRaasa was born from a simple yet powerful belief: every woman deserves the opportunity to become independent, confident, and financially empowered.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many talented women in underserved communities struggled to find sustainable livelihoods despite possessing remarkable stitching and crafting skills. Recognizing this gap, कपRaasa began its journey in August 2021 with a single artisan and handmade jaabla sets for newborn babies.
What started as a small initiative soon grew into a thriving community of women artisans creating handcrafted products with pride, purpose, and dignity.

Why We Exist
We believe women do not need charity - they need opportunity.
Across many communities, women possess generations of craft knowledge and extraordinary talent, yet often lack access to markets, resources, and income-generating opportunities.
कपRaasa exists to bridge this gap by providing a platform where artisans can develop their skills, showcase their craftsmanship, and earn sustainable livelihoods through meaningful work.
Our Impact
Today, कपRaasa supports women artisans through skill development, workshops, exhibitions, and market access opportunities.
Every handcrafted product represents more than craftsmanship - it represents confidence, financial independence, and hope for a brighter future.
As our community continues to grow, so does our commitment to creating lasting social impact through sustainable livelihoods and women-led empowerment.
